GWS Tigermoth with Ailerons Ailerons 2mm balsa with chord 2.5mm to 1.5mm tapered.  Spar is 3mm carbon but could be smaller but this was the smallest I had as scrap. Hinges are packing tape Carbon spar is 3mm but overkill in terms of weight (6 grms) Servo is 9 grms but a 5 or 6 grm would have been better. Packing tape wing repairs were from crashes/loops prior to adding the carbon spar. Nothing since!
